Tobruk Port Development

The Sulaco Group is currently working with the Tobruk Municipal Government and the port authority to facilitate foreign direct investment into its long-term port upgrade and expansion plan. The Sulaco Group is actively seeking international construction companies to assist in project delivery. The municipality would like to upgrade the existing oil export infrastructure and add an additional terminal.

Tobruk port is ideally situated close to major transit routes, markets, Libya's top producing oil fields, as well as providing a natural deep water harbor removed from conflict areas.

Oil & Gas and Shipping

The Sulaco Group is currently developing a working group to rehabilitate the oil sector's extraction, refining and export architecture. We are working to develop a comprehensive plan for construction and operation of refineries in Tobruk and Zweitinya, with a total refining capacity of 370,000 barrels per day.

The Sulaco Group can assist in security and shipping processes for international clients.
